Across classes, today's vehicles must be powerful, efficient, safe and geeky. The Ford Transit Connect ticks all of the boxes, combining powerful engine, high towing capacity and advanced driver assist with cutting edge smart features. Consider the following features, two of many that our Roswell Ford team can't praising.
Ford Teamed With Waze
Waze, the extra-easy, user-submitted navigation app that delighted drivers when it debuted in 2008, is now standard on the Ford fleet via the Sync 3 infotainment platform and corresponding smartphone app, Sync 3 AppLink. Boasting a voice command function, Ford + Waze lets you obtain user-sourced and submitted, up-to-date turn-by-turn navigation and traffic updates via hands-free operation.
The Lane-Keeping System
No one sets their heart on unintentional lane-drifting, but swerving happens. The Ford Transit Connect Lane-Keeping System detects unintentional lane drifting, issuing alerts and aid via three modes. Alerts inform you of drifting or of the need to pull over and take a break. Lane-Keeping Aid, another mode, deploys steering wheel torque to gently steer you back into your lane when necessary.
